Customer Service and Support Guarantee
At HomeBiodieselKits.com we guarantee your satisfaction with our customer service and support. We offer support via our toll free number or email. Unlike other websites who offer only email and you can't get anyone on the phone, our customer service reps are available from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday CST by calling 1-800-679-1398. If you are unhappy with our service please send an email to customerservice@homebioidieselkits.com and let us know what you are unhappy with and it will be resolved. We strive to make our customers happy and will do anything to help you feel confident in HomeBiodieselKits.com and the products we offer. Payment Options
The preferred method of payment is via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover). Wire transfers, money orders and cashiers checks are also accepted as payment, as well as Paypal (please call to pay using Paypal). Personal or company checks are accepted but must clear our bank prior to product shipment. If paying by credit card you will see the charge on your statement as BioFuels Equipment, LLC. Please make all other payment methods written out to BioFuels Equipment, LLC. We do not charge sales tax unless you live in Indiana.
(*All international payments (other than Canada) must be made via wire transfer.)
All quotes and all prices are in US Dollars.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping costs range from approximately $200-$600 for all Freedom Fuelers shipping to the lower 48 states . This shipping charge is for all locations regardless of whether you need a lift gate or not. Other companies charge as much as double if you need a lift gate. All of our commercial processors will be shipped freight and require a shipping quote for delivery. Please contact us for a quote if shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other US locations not in the lower 48 states. For international orders, please contact us for availability in your area and a shipping quote.
U.S. Terms of Service and Policies
12 Month Manufacturer's Limited Warranty
All Freedom Fuelers are under a 12 month limited warranty by the manufacturer against defects in materials and workmanship. This 12 month warranty includes replacement parts shipped directly. If a part breaks or is defective (if damaged in shipment see Product Delivery) please contact us via email with a phone number and time for us to have a technician call you to go over the issue. The technician will call and try to resolve the issue first before shipping out new parts. The manufacturer will pay the shipping costs on any replacement parts that fall under this warranty. The warranty does not cover the normal wear & tear or clogging of the filters, hoses, leaks, heating elements (unless DOA when received) or damage caused by customer/user. Replacement parts will be charged to the customer prior to shipping. Upon receipt by manufacturer of defective part (with appropriate RGA#) and determination that the part was defective, customer will be credited for the replacement part and shipping. Items that cannot be paid for, must be sent back to manufacture for validation and replacements will then be sent out and charged accordingly. Warranty & customer support will be void if modifications are made to the processor/parts by customer without the written consent of BioFuels Equipment LLC. This includes but not limited to the addition of extra tanks, pumps, hoses, etc or the re-configuring of the system in any way using parts not supplied by BioFuels
Product Availability
Due to rising fuel prices our products are in high demand. Our starter kits ship the next business day unless an item is delayed. Your processor may take up to 3 weeks to ship. We provide quality biodiesel kits on a first come first serve basis. If you are in a rush please do not hesitate to take advantage of this offer. If an item is customized or needs to be altered please expect a 1-2 week delay. If an item is delayed the customer will be notified immediately. Home Biodiesel Kits strives to provide biodiesel kits in a timely manner although we do not guarantee any ship times.
Product Delivery
Customer must be able to provide means of receiving the delivery of items on pallet which may require handling by two people. Once an item leaves our warehouse we are unable to prevent delays by the freight carrier. When receiving your items please check the condition of the item and make note of any damage before signing the bill of lading. The shipping company is responsible for damages noted on the bill of lading (contact shipping company). Any damages not noted will not be covered by the shipper. If an item is severely damaged at the time of delivery please refuse delivery. The item will be returned to the manufacturer and a replacement item will be shipped to you.
Cancellations
A Freedom Fueler order may be cancelled for any reason prior to shipment of the order. Any cancellations will incur a 10% cancellation fee to cover our processing costs. If an order is requested to be cancelled and has already been shipped please refer to the Product Returns and Refunds section below.
Product Returns and Refunds
Unused products will be accepted within 30 days of delivery in original packaging in "like-new" condition. If you wish to return an item you must contact us at 1-800-679-1398 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RGA#) before shipping the item back to us. Once you receive the RGA# ship the item back to our factory with the RGA# clearly marked on the packaging materials. If the RGA# is not marked on the packaging the item will be refused by the factory. The customer must pre-pay shipping costs for the item to be shipped back to the manufacturer - no C.O.D.'s will be accepted. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted when an unused item is received by the manufacturer. If there are any additional costs involved in bringing the returned item back to original condition, those costs will be deducted from the refund. All refunds will be returned in the same manner the order was originally placed.

1. Indemnification. IMPROPER USE OF BIODIESEL KITS CAN RESULT IN PROPERTY DAMAGE, SERIOUS INJURY OR EVEN DEATH. BioFuels Equipment, LLC. is in no way responsible for the actions of its customers. The customer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold BioFuels Equipment, LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees harmless from any claim, demand, action, damage, or loss, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of the customer's misuse of the products sold on this web site.
2. Limitation of Liability. IN NO EVENT SHALL BIOFUELS EQUIPMENT, LLC. OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTY (i) FOR ANY LOST PROFITS OR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF ITS PRODUCTS, THE HOMEBIODIESELKITS.COM WEB SITE, OR ITS SERVICES, EVEN IF BIOFUELS EQUIPMENT, LLC. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE; OR (ii) FOR ANY CLAIM ATTRIBUTABLE TO ERRORS, OMISSIONS, OR OTHER INACCURACIES IN, OR DESTRUCTIVE PROPERTIES OF ANY MATERIALS, PARTS, MANUALS, OR INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH HOMEBIODIESELKITS.COM.

International Terms of Service and Policies
Shipping and Handling
Shipping costs will be quoted at time of order. Customer must provide broker information prior to unit shipping. BioFuels Equipment, LLC will not be responsible for any additional charges due to taxes, tariffs, etc. International shipping quotes are for shipment from BioFuels Equipment to brokerage location.

Defects occurring due to non-US standard electrical requirements are not covered under this warranty. Warranty & customer support will be void if modifications are made to the processor/parts by customer without the written consent of BioFuels Equipment LLC. This includes but not limited to the addition of extra tanks, pumps, hoses, etc or the re-configuring of the system in any way using parts not supplied by BioFuels.
